When we talk about diversity we mean respecting and valuing all forms of difference in individuals. People different in all sorts of ways which may be obvious or visible. These differences might include race, ethnicity, culture, beliefs, gender and sexuality. It’s basically as one where all people feel valued, their difference are respected, and their basic needs are met so they can strive in dignity. Social diversity is all in the ways that people within a single culture are set apart from each other. Elements of social diversity can include ethnicity, lifestyle, religion, language, tastes and preference. In general, ideas of social diversity are expanding, in parts because global interaction and communication are becoming easier and more common. Worldwide, the standard of living is generally improving too. Scholars believes that there is a correlation between healthier life style and the willingness of people to accept diversity as a positive element within cultural.
